Jameson Quinn is the vice-chair of the board of the CES, and a PhD candidate in statistics at Harvard University. He's been an advocate for election reform for over 20 years and is the designer of the E Pluribus Hugo reformed election system now used by thousands of voters for the nominations of the Hugo Awards, the solar system's oldest literary awards in science fiction.
